03 / THE FIRST STORE

Small footprint.
Big city energy.

A 45–55 m² Bangkok pilot with around 6–8 seats. Lunch and dinner delivery lead the format, supported by takeaway and a quick place to sit. The neighbourhood and premises are still to be selected.

Design alternatives for one first store. No operating location is shown.

04 / A FOCUSED FIRST STEP

One pilot.
A clear starting budget.

THB 4.5 million funds a compact Bangkok pilot, the parent company and a reserved first central kitchen. The v2 plan keeps the store at around 45–55 m² with 6–8 seats and concentrates spending on the kitchen, delivery and operating cash.

Same THB 4.5m total, revised allocation in v2. THB 600k for the first central kitchen is included. All amounts remain planning allowances.

05 / HOW THE MODEL WORKS

Build the store.
Then build the system.

  1. 01

    Restaurant sales

Pilot OpCo and separately funded franchisees

  2. 02

    Parent revenue

5% royalty, franchise fees and raw-base supply

  3. 03

    Costs, tax & reserves

Support, kitchen operations and cash needs

  4. 04

    Possible dividends

    Only an approved, affordable distribution

The v2 royalty base deducts merchant discounts and documented refunds and excludes VAT. Fee and supply terms are proposals; contracts and accounting need agreement.

Proposed ownership of BrandCo

65%

Partner

35%

Founder

The 65/35 split and Thailand exclusivity have been discussed verbally with a partner. They are not an open allocation for unlimited investors. Pilot OpCo ownership remains to be agreed.

35% equity means a share of declared dividends — never an automatic 35% of gross royalties.

06 / PROOF BEFORE EXPANSION

From a good prototype
to a repeatable format.

  1. 01

    Prepare the pilot

Select premises, confirm recipes, suppliers and the complete service.

  2. 02

    Open & measure

Track paid demand, repeat purchase, contribution and cash.

  3. 03

    Support first franchisees

Base-case targets: openings in months 6 and 10.

  4. 04

    Centralise when ready

First kitchen in month 11 in the base case; later expansion depends on sustainable results.

BASE CASE / OPERATING YEARS

See the pace of the plan.

Each square represents one forecast restaurant. Select a year to see the model’s planned network, including the pilot.

Conditional targets. Franchisees fund their stores; no openings are contracted by this illustration.

3restaurants at year end

Year 1: pilot + 2 franchisees. First central kitchen planned in month 11.

Already tested

Cooked prototypes, positive internal tastings and a portion judged sufficient for one meal. An internal 20–30 minute hold used a normal pizza box.

Next validation

Thai customer sales and repeat purchase, the final long box, full-service timing and supplier quotations remain unvalidated. The v2 budget covers opening preparation, without a separate paid market-test project.

07 / LOOK CLOSER

The next chapter
starts with the details.

Explore the public investment brief and proposed menu before a project discussion.

Is the first restaurant open?

Not yet. The site, suppliers and opening date remain to be confirmed. All store and packaging images are concept visualizations.

What is the next proof point?

The pilot must establish paying demand, repeat purchase, delivery quality and a repeatable full-service process. Internal tastings are encouraging; they do not establish Thai customer demand.

Are investment terms final?

No. The partner split and Thailand exclusivity have a verbal understanding. Definitive agreements, operating roles and pilot ownership still need to be settled.
