This is a concept interface, not installed POS software. Tax, payment, stock, printing and delivery integrations still need selection and implementation.

Keep service readable

The kitchen needs recipe quantities and modifiers, a single box identifier and a clear handover status. Printed tickets or a kitchen display are implementation choices to validate with the team.

Manage the actual economics

Reconcile receipts with discounts, refunds, VAT and delivery settlement. Recipe quantities support stock planning, but purchasing, waste and actual yields still need recorded data.
